• While this is a group-based program, participants may share personal stories or sensitive information during calls or in the group chat/forum. By joining, you acknowledge that:
 • You may receive confidential information from other participants.
 • You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and will not share, distribute, or reproduce any content, stories, or personal disclosures outside the group setting.

2. Use of Content

• All recordings, documents, and materials shared by Katrina Silver are protected intellectual property and are to be used solely by the enrolled client for personal development purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or share them without express written consent.
• Group coaching sessions may be recorded and stored securely for the purpose of learning and growth within the program. These recordings will only be accessible to registered participants and the program facilitator.

3. Consent to Group Sharing

• By joining this program, you agree that information you voluntarily share during group calls or inside the online platform may be visible to other participants.
• You understand that the coach will treat all content with care and discretion, but cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. By participating, you release Katrina Silver from liability for breaches of confidentiality caused by other members of the group.

• All digital materials and group session recordings are stored securely within Katrina Silver’s private systems. Access is restricted to the coach and authorized personnel only.

• You release and waive any claims or liability against Katrina Silver, its coaches, staff, or affiliates for any outcomes related to your participation.
